Virtual & Hybrid
We know how to create compelling content and deliver it virtually. We help our clients tell their stories and engage with their most important audiences through programming that is simple, moving, original and effective.
Live, virtual, social or broadcast — we’re well-versed in using many different content vehicles to bring our clients’ brands to life both internally and externally. Breakouts becomes virtual roundtables. Live networking becomes 1:1 virtual lunches and meet ups. Keynotes can take many forms and can be streamed or discussion led. Educational trainings can be seen, heard, and watched with podcasts, webinars, videos, and more. Technology allows us to repackage content to meet the needs of engaging an audience.
Flex ethos, our branded virtual and hybrid experience offering, enables us to build communities and bring to life the spirit of a culture. A true ethos. Because at the heart of any virtual / hybrid event experience is the sense of community it creates.
Ali hanan - ceo, creative equals
"The Flex team has made all of our events go seamlessly. All our events with Flex have been flawlessly executed and working with the team there is just a pleasure. Communication with the venue, organisation of the food and space, then all the details - like the flowers, lanyards and programmes - have been perfect. I couldn't recommend them highly enough - hire them!"
Darryl Ryznar - Project manager, THE CREATIVE COPYWRITER
"With our team based across the South East, we were worried our virtual Christmas lunch would be a logistical nightmare, but Flex Events made the whole thing hassle and stress-free. They pulled together a brilliant virtual celebration for our team, with delicious food from Mac and Wild, which was expertly instructed by their development chef Ruaridh. Can't recommend their services enough!"
lydia amoah - Cross Cultural Director , creative equals
"I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support in organising the effective running of Accelerate, the industries first multicultural leadership programme. It was important that this event ran smoothly, as initally this event was due to take place live. Unfortunately due to circumstances we had to move the event online. Which meant that people would have to be in front of their computers throughout the whole day, you helped me create a fun day which kept every participant engaged and it was just as good as being a live event. Jack you showed professionalism, patience and persverance with attention to detail all that is required to make an event successful."

Emily's passion for inclusivity is at the heart of the Flex Events ethos, helping to influence and encourage clients to have a positive and lasting impact with their work.
Jack holds a great passion for events and studied International Events Management for three years at Brighton University. Here he studied some of the greatest events from Woodstock to the Olympics and began hosting his own music events around the UK. He graduated University with a degree and a wealth of knowledge surrounding the industry.
After University he decided to take his event management skills to the other side of the world and spent three years travelling Australia and South East Asia. He successfully started and managed a weekly festival on a small island in Cambodia, where his logistics skills were put to the test.
Jack is known by his fellow business partners as the king of logistics and for his ability to plan amazing events. So after returning back to the UK he was on the hunt to find a company with a strong ethos where he could use his knowledge and help organise some impactful events. He joined Flex Events at the start of 2020 and hopes to help the company grow to the next level of success.
